Wolviston Road – Building Plots
The Directors are pleased to announce that Billingham Golf Club has been granted Outline Planning Permission for 4 dwellings (2 pairs of semi-detached houses) on the Wolviston Road site. BGC has subsequently held an open meeting inviting the local residents to explain the clubs rationale in this limited development. BGC are now approaching Stockton Borough Council to hopefully achieve their agreement to remove the land covenant restriction(s). Subject to resolving this important issue, the Directors will then seek members approval to dispose of the Club’s assets prior to formally putting any building plots up for sale. (25.02.19)
Sandy Lane Development
BGC Directors have decided not to pursue this area land development for the foreseeable future. (25.02.19)
